Ee phone And broadband

I’ve been with EE for many years . And recently joined EE broadband. The gay why I was dealing about broadband said he was gonna give me 10% off of my phone bill (which is £60 now) but the last bill came £60 I’m afraid. Could you please tell why it has happened?

EE BB went life on 7th of December and my last phone bill is ready now but payment gonna be taken on 24th of December.
