Early upgrade

Why have I received a message from ee stating I can upgrade now with no fee. But on the ee website it says I will be charged £143 to upgrade? Could someone please give me the correct information.

Welcome to the community. 

Are you within the last 45 days of your contract?

If not, you may be able to early upgrade via trade in or choosing a new plan at the same price or higher. 

Our upgrades team will be able to provide you with all your available options. 

Please give us a call on 150.
