Hi,
I am within the last 100 days of my phone contract and according to 150, I am eligible for the early upgrade if my new contract is higher than my current one. However, I tried upgrading online but is still asking me to pay the early upgrade fee. Also when I checked again I am being told that I can only upgrade for free if I have the newest Google Pixel phone or take out a broadband contract alongside it.
Anyone heard this before as I can't find anything on the EE site that says this is the case. I have upgraded early in the past and the only condition was that the new contract was higher.
