EU roaming charges

Hello, I've noticed a daily charge of £2.47 on my bill for EU roaming charges.

I don't know when this additional charge started, but I have never requested this nor have any need for it whatsoever.

I need to know when this started, and I will also need any charges refunded as soon as possible.

Thanks

Morning @Manta51

Thanks for coming here 🙂

Have you recently been roaming in the EU?

How many days have you been charged for?

Thanks 🙂

Leanne.

You are charged the daily £2.47 roaming charge only on the days you use any of your UK allowances in the EU. On the days you use none you are not charged it.

That roaming charge is on most peeps' a/c & cannot be removed. It is there to enable you to use your allowances in EU.

Hi Leanne,

I have no idea how many days, I was hoping you could tell me that!

I have not been out of the UK for years, probably 20+

@Manta51  Your not being charged £2.47.   That free add on when used in the EU will cost you £2.47.    The £2.47 is the roaming cost per day to allow you to use your tariff allowance.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks @Manta51

Sorry we have no access to your account on the community.

Is there a charge been added to the total of your bill or is the add-on showing for if you go abroad and use your allowance?

You would only be charged when you are roaming in the EU and use your allowances.

Leanne.
