I am eligible according to EE for an early upgrade on my Samsung 3 watch. I want to move to Apple Watch 7 as I now have an iPhone. Message states I can upgrade for £168, ok I think I can do this but I get this message "no suitable plans available, try something else."
my account is not in arrears and has not been, been with EE over 10yrs through thick and thin. This is very frustrating. I assume this is a phone call issue or is there more to it?
