Hello so I'm really confused about my bill so I started my first bill 1st of July was £31 upfront and £30 for chargers of instalation etc  and I paid and I now have a bill from 28th Aug to September 27th and I pay £57.99 but I was told after the installation price it's £30.99 a month why double the price I'm confused if anyone can explain as I hate phoning companies as it's a massive headache I don't have problem paying I just don't want them to accidentally add the previous charge to the bill and I pay without knowing what I've paid extra for if that makes sense thanks in advance

Hi @Kgrey21 It's great news that you've recently joined our network.

It's understandable that bills can look a little confusing, so I'd love to get you some help from a guide who can give you a bill breakdown, and explain those charges in detail.

Would I be right in thinking that you've joined us for home line broadband?

Thanks @Kgrey21

I recommend speaking with our Customer Care Guides so they can look at your bill and go through it with you.
