EE paired watch contract

Hi

I've just bought a Galaxy Watch 5 Pro (outright from Samsung) and switched my watch plan to a paired sim only one. If my phone contract has a smart benefit for roaming in the USA will that mean my watch won't cost me extra to roam too?

I'm just concerned as customer services said that the paired sim comes with its own data. I don't want to get caught out with roaming charges in the USA but never sure as some of the things said are a bit ambiguous at times

Thanks in advance if anyone can help me

@Leighsterrr  You can not roam with a cellular watch it’ll only work via cellular when on the UK.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks @Chris_B

As long as its connected to my watch though via Bluetooth I should get my notifications in the same way?

I wasn't sure that what I was told was correct...and I can't connect it yet anyway, I need to wait til customer services for non phones open tomorrow morning as it says I need to call them to set something up!

@Leighsterrr  It’ll still work when connected to your phone ie Bluetooth it’ll just not work via cellular.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Chris_B thanks for your help, much appreciated
