I am trying to pay my monthly bill and they can’t find it nowhere. Also I am abroad and they can’t send me a security message. They are saying to get the billing information on the EE app but I don’t have such an option. EE is just making it worse and hard for their customers

@Xhevi : Try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
