EE has cut me off

Hi. Im on breathing space with Stepchange and now I find today I can't make any calls or texts or call my voicemail.
I have no way to contact EE to sort this out as I only have a mobile and no landline. I have Internet with BT.
Please can EE call meASAP today, or is there a chat service I can use for help? URGENT as I have job interviews and need to make contact with people!!! Thanks.

Welcome to the community,
This is not customer service and we have no way of knowing who you are, there is no account access.
Are you on pay as you go or monthly contract? Are all your payments up to date?
What makes you think EE have cut you off?
You can call them using something like Skype or by using someone else’s phone for free:

If you can log into your account, when a person is available you should be able to chat to them.

Im in the same position as above except that I have everything with EE and am just changing as I can now get fibre which EE cannot provide in my area. There has been a delay due to the heavy rain and the connection has been put back until after 20th October. I spoke with EE via 150 and was assured both my broadband and house line would be delayed until I gave them the go ahead.
150 will not work on my mobile and the main phone help number is the same as is the number you gave the person above to call. I just cannot make contact and I'm fuming.

Thanks for coming to the community.
I appreciate you want to get this sorted and it is not ideal when you aren't able to call.
You would need to speak to our team over the phone so they can bring up the account and see what is happening. Are you able to borrow a phone from a friend or family member if you cannot call from your mobile?
If not, you can use the number above to call from Skype.
