EE billing issue

My contract bill fee is 71£ but before 3 4 month EE taking fee 77.60£ why and i am not using extra anything can EE set my bill again 71£

Could it be Mobile RPI and CPI+ price changes ? This year it's 9.3% which fits exactly.

Haven't I just explained it? That "£71" in the screenshot is part of your plan's title not its current price. Look back at your April/May bills & you should notice the leap in price.
