So i ordered a phonelast thursday from the ee store, was supposed to of been delivered last friday but i was out, parcelforce left a card saying its at my local post office, this is not the case, i have been twice now and they donr have it, i emailed ee 2 days ago no response, emailed parcelforce 3 days ago, no response,
Is the best action to take is contact the bank and get my money back as ee and parcelforce are useless

@Davey1988 Your the first then. As EE use DPD
But as you have a Parcelforce card you need to take this up with Parcelforce. As it was a store purchase you need to also direct your issue with that store.

You have 60k posts and obviously are clueless and giving people false info, quick google search tells you they mainly use royal mail and parcelforce,
Why wouldnt i contact ee i payed for a phone what i havent had, its upto them to get it to me, not my problem if its gone missing, and it was online, why would a store ordee a phone to me via parcelforce, seems people on here are as dumb as ee themselves or are just acting it

@Davey1988 @Chris_B is right EE only use DPD for the delivery of mobiles and Royal Mail for sim cards.
EE use Royal Mail & Parcelforce for the delivery of home broadband routers.

So again, why have they got my parcel then? Not exactly making up that a phone aa gone missing via parcelforce, actually p**sed off as no contact of any sort for ee store, only for broasband and phone contracts etc, so only way i guess is contact bank

EE Store which is the former BT store & https://shop.ee.co.uk (EE shop) are two completey different things that's why me & @Chris_B said only DPD.
If you click HERE you will be to log into your EE Store account and track your parcel through parcel force.

Good luck, they are useless, they sent me a phone via parcelforce last thursday, seems parcelforce have lost it, their enquiry email, they never respond to, no way of contacting the online order people
