I swapped to BT last year and was told that I would get a 10% discount off my ee bill each month. This didn’t happen on the first or second month, then only got applied in December when I called and complained. I thought that would be the end of it and it would come off my bill every month since. It’s not been applied to my bill for January and February. I’m getting really hacked off with it now.
