Long story, But I accepted the EETV trial when i first took the EE broadband contract out. It was £5 for I think 6 months.
I was never informed that it was going to be taken as premium after this time, I assumed i would have been informed and asked weather I wanted to continue. Ok so I accepted i probably did not read the terms and conditions and accepted it.
Now i have an email stating that I was not charged properly for the Netflix add on I have.. and they want extra for it, and that they are taking a back payment too !!!!!
I rang them two weeks ago and was told to wait for my complaint to be looked into... then this morning i have had an email.. saying because I havent got back to them, my complaint is closed !!!!!!!!!!!!
Is there anyone that can give me help... please do not say call them... I cannot understand them. And yes I have tried the email link... but that keeps saying... Ive logged in too many times !!!!
Useless... Which i had stayed with my previous provider.

You may tell them to reopen the complaint within 30 days of them saying they were closing it.

There is no Live Chat for BB & EE TV. I'm not wanting you to do anything in particular. I'm not EE & am here to try & help my peer users.

I am sorry for being so rude. I eventually rang them, and I had no complaints from what they told me. Apart from the fact that anyone who takes a contract with EE MUST read everything,, and if you use netflix ,, do not use in another room, and do not click whatever button I clicked to go premuim without adverts.
I honestly cant wait till next year.... EE is gone.

@Leigh2668 so you clicked a button to change from basic to premium Netflix. Your EE TV subscription is only for basic. You can use in a different room but only one stream at a time that’s a Netflix limitation. If you want more than one and it seems like you did you upgrade the subscription to one that includes two or more streams at a time. EE didn’t change your subscription service.
