EE Phone & Sim Contract

I took out a phone and sim contract but one ends before the other. My phone ends next year but my sim contract ends in November and i'd like to change it to a cheaper sim deal.

When will I be able to change/upgrade my sim?

You can't downgrade to a cheaper plan mid-term, but only in your upgrade window from 30 days before end of term.

@Leahcadwgan  You’ll need to wait till your airtime contract has reached its minimum term before you can change it to a cheaper tariff. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

You can request a change to a SIM-only (or other cheaper) plan when you're within the upgrade window 30days before the end of your minimum-term - payment-plan changes will be scheduled and will take effect on the date your minimum-term then ends.

If you change plan by virtue of upgrading your phone, that would take effect sooner.
