EE One not working

Hey,

Hope someone can help... I have both broadband, and 3 SIM only contracts with EE, one of which i'd like to upgrade to a new phone if i can get a good offer without moving provider. So my question is-how do i benefit from EE ONE? It seems i have been missing out on this for a long time but i am just going round in circles on the app and my account online!

Feeling very frustrated. Please help
