Hello everyone,

I made an insurance claim nearly 1 month ago now and they said my device wasn’t in stock. I’m still waiting for a new device and I’m annoyed as I’ve been paying for insurance so I can get a new device the following day yet I’m having to wait so long! Not sure how I go about it… has anyone else had to wait this long?

I am sorry to hear the device is out of stock at the moment for your insurance replacement, to discuss your options please give us another call on 150 and the team will be happy to see what they can do to help 🙂
