EE Full Works 24 month sim only - Where has it gone?!

Hi,

Can’t seem to see this plan anymore on my online account - has it been withdrawn? I have a Friends and Family code on my account so will that affect this?

@Plymouthbloke1   At present it not there if you want to upgrade to this but if you’re currently on it and are using an F&F discount it will not affect it.    Why it’s not there I don’t know but the question has been asked elsewhere within the forum.

Welcome to the Community!

If you've already enetered your family and friends discount code then this plan may not show up, as it is discounted, so you wouldn't be able to use the code alongside this discount.

Hi there…. Thanks for the reply. There used to be a non-discounted one that you could select that was compatible with the discount - that seems to have vanished and 150 couldn’t find it either….. it’s not an issue now as I’ve now ported the number somewhere else that’s provided what I need.

All Rounder and Full Works Sim Only plans no longer eligible for Friends and Family discount… that’s a bummer.

Extremely unfortunate change this, but not unexpected. It really was a lot of value on offer.

Agreed. Unfortunately they’re not looking at the bigger picture though…. A lot of iPhone contracts will be up for renewal in September (mine included) and if the new iPhone range doesn’t float anyone’s boat they might be looking to move to Sim Only…. I’m currently on Full Works with an iPhone 16 series device so it may mean I now shop around rather than stay…. Things might change before then so we’ll wait and see…
