EE Bill downloads

I am unable to download PDF copies of my bills, both mobile and broadband. Anybody out there can help?

@tadmartonterry  What happens when you try to download ?   Are you using a PC or via the App

I've tried both. I can get the mobile okay now but cannot get the broadband
bill to download.

Are the mobile and broadband accounts linked on the same EE account? 

What happens when you try and download the broadband bill?
