EE Approved Partners

I’ve been contacted by a company called Hii Communications Ltd who say they are an “Authorised Partner” of EE

I have tried checking online but cannot seem to find this information and the person I spoke to on the phone, though they tried their best, told me to go into a store to get that information

Hi @GManworking

Welcome to the Community

You can check if a call is genuine and from our Direct Partners at Phone numbers EE partners will call from

If you're concerned about unsolicited contact from other companies, you can visit How to avoid and prevent scams including phishing, vishing and smishing for hints on how to block and prevent these.

You can also report the call to be investigated at Report a scam call | Help
Alternatively, text CALL followed by the number that called you, to 7726 .

So if the company/number is not on your partners page of numbers it is a scam?

To be clear, they aren’t saying they are EE just the footer of their email has your logo with “authorised partner” next to it

If they're not on the EE Partner list, they are not EE partners. Have you looked up the no. they called from in that list?
