Shocking lack of response from EE. Mis-sold contract, promised callback (more than once) that never comes, meanwhile still being overcharged. This is actually theft. Contact would be appreciated from someone who is actually prepared to help.

Thank you. Since posting I have managed to speak to an EE adviser - although I had to ring (again). After an hour plus on the call, another call back has been promised for next week, but if it doesn't happen I will use the form.

Thanks Lesley. We have had weeks of this. It's a shambles - and we're still overpaying. So I will be taking it further, yes.
