@Osclarke85 : Are you still within your contract's min. term? If so, how long have you to go?

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

Changing your phone whilst keeping your number is, by definition, an upgrade.

You can change to a SIM-only plan if you're out of your minimum term or close to it - hence the question above.

@Osclarke85  Text UPGRADE to 150 to see if you’re eligible to upgrade an upgrade can mean a Sim only deal.  Upgrade just means a new contract it doesn’t have to be better than what you currently have.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
