Double Billing

Mixedwealth

I was billed twice on my pay monthly phone. I was told that the billing was supposed to be £56 per month but I was billed £56 plus £45 , making a total of £107 . Please can someone help rectify this.

@Mixedwealth : Is this your 1st bill? If so, how long between receiving your phone & your bill? The £45 was probably for the days (25?) of that period.

Yes this is my first bill. I already paid an upfront bill of £120. Then I was told subsequent bill will be £56 but I was billed £56 and £45 together.

The upfront payment is part of the price of the device & is separate from the ongoing monthly charges.

Hi @Mixedwealth

Thanks for coming here.

Did you make the payment for the device when you placed the order?

Does the bill show two plan charges for the month?

Leanne.
