Changing direct debit date

Hi

when I first joined EE I went onto my profile and changed my direct debit date from 28th of the month to 8th of the month. The page loaded and all was fine. However now since everytime I log on it says direct debit date is 28th and I cannot change it as I’ve changed it the maximum amount of times!

Please give us a call on 150, the team will check the direct debit and get this changed for you.
