Does anyone know why there is two charges on my plan

@Sanaa24 : Yes, you've taken out a flex-pay plan where you have 1 contract & bill for the handset & another for the airtime plan on its SIM. You would've had this spelt to you when your ordered.

@Sanaa24  Plreae read THIS    And as @XRaySpeX  says this would of been agreed to by you and you would of had to agree to the T&Cs of the flex pay agreement that you obviously didn’t read or understand.    
 
 Try clicking the READ THE T&Cs of your flex pay.   This is what you agreed too in order to have this flex pay tariff.
