In trying to reduce my account I have been very badly treated - I am 86 years old and am patronised and I want to know what I am paying for

I have 2 accounts - one for mobile and no idea what the other one is for but it is paid regularly - might be for tablet which was bought many years ago so maybe EE forgot to close it

So what do you want to do about it? EE wouldn't forget to close it had you given notice to cancel it. Did you?

@Archer , when you ring customer service, by pressing 1 and then 2, on your keypad, you should get through to a human, without any difficulty and speak to someone, if EE had been notified of the cancellation of the tablet, then I would have thought that they would have done that. How did you request that? Did you call them to request it? That is the way to do it.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
