Hello, I have recently upgraded my mobile contract which I have done through openreach, I used to have the 30% friends and family discount however, I can now get the 50% colleagues discount through BT openreach. I reviewed a text to say my 30% discount has been removed but I can’t see the 50% discount added? It still says my bill will be £67. Can you help to see if my 50% discount has been applied?

Do you have the discount showing in your My EE app within add-ons?

I now work for EE and I would like to apply my 50% discount on my account how do I do that
