If your direct debit fails the first time does he retry taking it out again after 7 days, or they just like adding direct debit charges once your direct debit fails. I like to confirm this Thank you.

@khallynamz  EE will try and take the payment again within seven days if it fails for the second time you will receive a late payment charges.   If it’s not changed it’s £7.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
