Billing issue

Hi EnglishInOz, I'm curious, can you say how this ended? I find myself in the same situation having been billed more than £800 for less than 4 hours calling the US. Was there a process to review your bill?

@rcdd : At £4.21 / min 4 hours to the US would cost £1010. So you have been charged the correct standard tariff for International Calling to US.

International calls & texts to overseas nos. from UK can be rather expensive but EE has a add-on, free on PAYG or £2.16 pm on contract, that anyone, on PAYG or contract, can apply for to give these calls & texts at a fraction of the standard rates. See The CALL ABROAD Add-on for Cheap Calls/Texts from UK . This way it would have cost 3p / min or £72 for 4 hours.
