Dear Sir/Madam,

Re; Direct Debit lack of Funds Tomorrow 24/08/2022 - Account number XXXXXXXXX.

Today I've paid into my account the amount of £90.60 from my Master Card Credit Account this for my August Bill. As I'm letting you know so, please don't go into my Bank Account as the money will not be there.

Kind regards,

xxxxxxx xxxxx.

Email address: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

@MS10 , if you have a direct debit and you have paid the amount, EE customer service will be taking the money out of your account. You are too close to the date of when EE will take the money from your direct debit and it will not be stopped.

If EE cannot be payed by direct debit, they will try again, I would suggest ringing them up and speaking to them, as no-one here has access to accounts, this is a public forum and personal details are not allowed and will be removed for your own safety. This is a forum rule, which all or most have, otherwise you could get spammed or worse still hacked.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

This is a forum populated by EE users like yourself. EE themselves are not here other than a few moderators.

This should go to customer services and it certainly shouldn't reveal personal information.
