It says on website free delivery but i had to pay a fee before my upgrade was dispatched,is it selective free delivery?

@Diorsnana  It’s free delivery if you order via the website if you call customer services to place an order you are charged for delivery.     

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.
