So was about to contact EE CS to find out because I had an XKO number... And DPD just messaged with my order and pin 🧡. iPhone Pro Cosmic Orange. I ordered this Tuesday because of my pre order issues on Friday.

I’m waiting on my new iPhone 17 pro max coming tomorrow 19th September but there is no updates at all it just still says awaiting confirmation begging to think I should have stayed with o2

Good thing you didn't. I contacted CS and they cancelled my xko order which would've been here tomorrow or next week. Now I have to wait till October. Sigh.

Quick Recap & Update

ordered through app on Friday, approx 2pm, received email with XKO order number, also message stating someone would call within 48hrs to confirm. XKO unable to track via EE, kept timing out. 

after 48hrs, no call, so called 150, agent confirmed problem with one of their systems, but redid my order, new order confirmed email received with 00 tracking number. EE Tracking site says: awaiting confirmation. 

7:30 today, SMS from DPD, they have my order and it’s being taken to local depot. 

8:00 today a bunch of messages from EE confirming package has been dispatched, new talk plan changes, taking over Apple One subscription, and an EE agent called Aimee text from 66033 is going to be keeping me updated on my delivery. EE Tracking now says “dispatched 18/09”

Returned to DPD Tracking and have paid for their VIP service to get delivery between 08:00 and 12:00 tomorrow.

I think all of the DPD texts were for phones this morning as I’ve had a liad of texts through from EE changing my iphone plan ready. May not be but seems logical

Just called EE as my tracking wasn’t working on the app. Order through the website about 3pm Friday. 

EE just informed me the order wasn’t processed until Sunday and now the phone is on back order and will be more than 28 days before delivery. Gutted and very frustrated that the website still states pre-order for launch day delivery

I ordered mine sim free on the 12th around 1-2pm. Order confirmation email came through at 7:12pm the same day. On the app still says expected delivery date of the 19th but all it says is "Pre-order". I called them and said I should receive tracking "in the next 72 hours". So not sure what's going on at this point.
