Data Stacked

Hello everyone,

My phone contract expires on the 15th of this month, and is an all rounder unlimited data plan. I chose to upgrade recently to a SIM only 24 month 100GB plan.

When checking my account it is displaying my current unlimited data plan as ‘active’ and my 100GB data plan as ‘stacked’. Does this mean I will be double charged for this data?

I just want to ensure that my data plan will switch over correctly once my new contract comes into effect on the 15th of this month so that I don’t end up with extra charges.

Thanks for any help in advance!

Yes, that's correct. And you're welcome!

What does stacked mean.

@Phi31

Stacked means multiple working together.

In this case the case of a data bundle it would mean both bundles are active on the account at same time.

Multiple what?

Data bundles what?

I do not understand what these terms actually mean to me and my account.

Where are you seeing it is stacked @Phi31?

Can you send me a screenshot, blanking out any personal or account details so I can see exactly what we are looking at?
