Hi all I have been trying for 2 days to get in touch with ee about a upgrade or to leave ,go through all the push this number this and that and end up with will get someone to get in touch with you or hang on the line message, know one has got back to me ,tried hanging on the phone nothing, anyone else had this cheers

Thanks for coming back to us.
I am sorry this has happened when getting in touch, when you call you can either, press 1 to use the visual service. Or select option 2, then followed by option 1, option 1, option 1 and this should get you to one of mobile guides.

I'm sorry to hear that you've not been able to get in touch to speak with our team about your options.
What happens when you wait on the line to speak with a guide, does the call disconnect?

Have you tried calling from a different phone.
You can find alternative contact numbers at Contact us about upgrading your mobile phone
