Having seen a pop up on my ee app saying beat the price increase now I rang ee to enquire what this meant. Long story short I was offered an opurtunity to renew my broadband and phone package and avoid an upcoming price rise, which only goes to show ee does reward customer loyalty which I feel is a nice touch in todays world and I would advise any one seeing the same offer to contact ee.
