Credit on account not taken off bill?!?

I have had a credit sitting on my account since late August. I was told it would be taken off my next bill (too late for Sep bill). But today, I have still had the usual amount taken out of my bank account, so the credit has not been applied! What to do about it please?

Welcome to the community.

I'm sorry to hear that the credit wasn't automatically allocated to your bill. Next time your bill is produced, have a chat with our Customer Care team and they will be able to allocate it manually for you.
