I no longer wish to stay with ee with so many issues with the phone network an have reported it but them to say ther isn't an issue with

I so wanted to trade in the fone to get a cheaper deal but now I won't be able to do this , so looking else where

Hello @kypton

If you want to buy out your contract text Info to 85075.

@kypton : As you want to keep your number, text PAC to 65075. It will respond with your PAC & how much you will have to pay in Early Termination Fees if you are still within your min term. Give the PAC to new provider. This will have the effect of cancelling your EE contract but you will be liable to pay early termination fees.

Hi @kypton

If you did want to cancel and move your number elsewhere the text option is the best way to do it.

You can also request this in the EE app or by logging in on the website if you have more than one number or prefer to do it that way.

In the app you click on you profile at the top right, then Settings and Permissions followed by Leave EE.

These two statements contradict each other. If you wish to leave EE, your contract will be cancelled. You have been advised how to do this.

Perhaps if you're not getting the advice you think is correct, you could clarify exactly what it is you want to achieve.
