Credit not taken. I would like a refund please.

Hi,

I recently tried to pay for my bill online which was coming out yesterday. I paid £63.07 which was then added to my credit. I cancelled my standing order, however the standing order was still taken and the £63.07 credit on my account was untouched. I am unsure as to how to get the credit

refunded,

if you could point me in the right direction.
Many Thanks.

Hi @EW18

Once EE billing cycle starts your bill will be taken regardless of credit you have entered into your account in the same period. You shouldn't really cancel your standing order.

If you want the credit back you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

Thanks

@EW18  If you ever want to pay your bill manually yourself then you need to make sure you pay it before you receive the bill this will be on your account and will then be taken towards that bill,   if you receive the bill the payment method that you have set up always be chosen as it’s an automatic process once billed.
