wrong new contract amount ***********, didn't get new contract it was supposed to be £38 is £43 either your staff are incompetent or it was an outright scam.

@Finka   You get billed for the time it takes for your bill to get generated then you are billed for the month ahead.    So the first bill is more,  so you’ve been billed correctly have you looked at your bill breakdown?
