Couldn't make it up - EE requesting £27.21when they have sent me a cheque alread

Need to be able to contact EE without having a registered EE phone number.

Left EE on 2nd April and direct debit then took my monthly payment.  EE then transferred numebr to new supplier, closed my EE account cancelled my direct debit and then sent me a cheque for £22.07 for the unused monthly charge.

Just got a letter in the post saying I owe them £27.21 but I can't contact them in anyway as the online account has been closed down, the number is not recognised as an EE number and I just keep going round in circles.

Any help on how I contact them via phone?

Hi @KenMavor

Welcome to the EE Community,

If you call freephone 0800 317 720 you will be put straight through a customer service advisor.

Thanks
