Hey there @Forg.
Welcome to the EE Community 😊
It will all depend on how you're looking to use your phone and what you need; if you have a contract with us already our team will be able to look at your monthly usage and make a recommendation based around on this.
If you need a new phone there are a wide range of options available, or if you're happy with what you're using at the moment we have a range of SIM Only options too.
Please let us know if there's anything in particular you were wanting to query, or if you give our team a call too, they'll be able to guide you through all of our options too!

Thanks @Forg, I'm not quite sure what you mean by issues with your phone not syncing to your iPad, and how this would be linked to BT or EE.
Also what contract exactly are you looking to change here, mobile or home broadband, and are you currently with EE or BT?

Hi, I would get my nan a Samsung A16.
I would stick to the cheaper models as they are less techy and easier to use. Hope this helps! Have a lovely day.
