I have forgotten my email and password. I have access to my app but I cannot find my contract.

I guess the OP has lost their EE a/c pwd, not their email pwd. Anyway it's much the same.  Log in to EE a/c with your email address and click on forgotten password, then you can make a new password, but make sure you make a note of it as well.

How have you registered here if you do not remember your email address?

If you remember your email address, then you can go to your email client and log in with your email address and click on forgotten password, then you can make a new password, but make sure you make a note of it as well.

Your contract will may be in your junk spam/folder. You can also view your contract by either logging into your account via the website or via the EE App.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
