Hello,

i am facing so many issues with the EE i dnt know but they are not cooperating with me at all for the last two months they cahrges me extra and justified by saying that it’s mentioned in the contract although the staff at the store clearly mentioned that they will not charged me extra money. There store staff isn’t trained enough and customer service they wont help. Is it only happening with me just because i am not a citizen of United Kingdom? I am facing  financial issues and anxiety issues now and i think i cant handle it. 
what should i do?

Thank you for coming to the community for help with the contract you have taken out in store. 

Could you let me know what the extra charges are for? 

Is the plan more than originally advised? Do you have more than one number showing on the bill for another device/SIM or watch?
