My contract is about toend and I’m thinking about taking a sim only contract with ee. Will I keep my SIM card I have currently and the contract be on that or will I get sent a new sim and have to merge it over? Thanks

Providing you request a change of payment plan via CS or use the "upgrade now" options via online self-service, there is no need to replace a perfectly working SIM.

The changes are purely account-based.

Hi @Reece1236

Just to add to @bristolian's brilliant comments, If you'd prefer to have a new sim, you can head to an EE store to upgrade, then you'll be given a new sim there and then.
