Hi, can someone ring me over the next few days about what’s on offer regarding renewing my contracts.

There's no access to individual customer accounts on this forum - you can view your upgrade options either via myEE online account, or contacting CS on 150.
Point of terminology though, your contracts don't need "renewing" as such - if you do nothing, your service will continue on the exact same basis as it is now. Your phones won't be disconnected.

No one will contact you from this user discussion group other than thro' the medium of these forums by posts such as this. Anyway we haven't the faintest idea who you are.
There is no need to renew your contract. It will just carry on after the min. term on a 30 day notice basis.
If you want to upgrade, why not just click the "Upgrade Now" from your EE a/c & see what's on offer?
