Contract upgrade

Hi all 

 

I upgraded my contract to a sim only contract 3 weeks ago. But nothing has changed on my app to say that I have

@Scott167   Sounds like the upgrade didn’t go through.       Probably best to call customer services about this.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Has your upgrade got a different data allowance? if yes, when texting AL to 150 does it show your old or new allowance?

I am sorry to hear your new plan has not started. 

Could you confirm how you processed your upgrade? was it online, over the phone or in your local store?
