I lost my wife 3 months ago I hve been paying her EE bill in the mean time.
her sim contract ended in december 2025 and the phone will end in november 2026
can I terminate the sim and keep the phone as there are images and data I wish to keep?
Also can you provide a link where I can contact someone as most companies have staff trained in handling bereavements

@Alassidney : Use the Bereavement section of Change My Account in The Case of a Life Event :
Notifying us of a bereavement
Use the online form to notify us of a bereavement.
We’ll need:
- the account holder’s name and number
- a number to contact you on
You can also let us know by phone. Call 150 from an EE phone or 07973 100 150 from any phone.
If you experience a bereavement, you can either:
- disconnect their broadband or number and close their account
- transfer the connection or number to someone else

I would recommend creating a backup of those images & data.
