Contract finished

My contract finished November 2021 and I'm eligible for an upgrade, shouldn't my parents now be reduced until I find an upgrade, the phone is now paid for.

@Mickandra  If you don’t upgrade at the end of your minimum term you will continue paying the same price for the contract as you previously was before your minimum term but after three months you will receive a 10% discount on that payment.

Hi @Mickandra 

 

EE have no concept of paying your phone off - all pay-monthly contracts are ongoing/rolling contracts with a minimum term of (usually) 24months that you've now finished.

 

Once that minimum term has expired, you can either upgrade your phone, change to a SIM-only, give cancellation notice or continue as you are.

 

If you continue as you are, nothing will change although you should receive a 10% discount after 3 months - see EE end of contract information
