Contract ends in September can I extend for a new phone

Hi all,

 

So my contract ends in September however I want to wait until February for the new Samsung S23 would EE let me extend this for another 5 months so I can have the new phone via contract?

Hi @KP1311- 

 

Your contract doesn't end just your minimum term ends. Your contract reverts to a rolling monthly contract. You can then cancel (with 30 days notice) or upgrade at any time. 

 

Just watch out for any add-ons/discounts which may expire.

Hi @KP1311-

 

You also have the option to change to a 12 month SIM only plan. On these plans, if you have moved from a handset plan, you can upgrade back to a handset plan at any time during the 12 month contract.

Go SIM Only for the next 5 months it works out at times £20.00 cheaper than sticking to your old contract.

When the S23 arrives then change to a tariff.
