Contract ending

My monthly contract ends next month but I still have to pay off the phone device. Can I pay off the remainder when I upgrade to iPhone 17 & pay in full? Or will. I have to wait until I’ve paid off for the device.

With Flex Pay, once your 24 month airtime plan comes to the end of its contract period, you're welcome to switch this to a different plan, or cancel and take the number elsewhere.

If your device plan still has time left though, you would need to wait until this is paid in full before you can switch to a new plan including a device.

Unless you opt to over-pay and clear the balance early, the finance agreement on the handset will end on the date listed in your text.
