Contract ended

My contract has ended on 22nd July. However I have a 100gb of Stacked data and not sure what that means?

Also I haven’t renewed my contract so not sure if I’d be charged

Welcome to the community,

Your contract does not just end, just the minimum term, your contract will continue, unless you decide to upgrade. If you are on a phone contract with sim plan, you can then upgrade to a sim only contract, which would make it cheaper. 

Recently phone plans have now changed to have flex pay for the phone with a sim only plan, which means that the phone, once paid, will stop taking money automatically, but the sim plan will continue, until you upgrade, if that makes sense, unlike the old plans, which included the phone and sim plan.
